San Diego Motorcycle Exchange offers a buy-back policy for certain vehicles with online purchase only. You may test drive the vehicle for 24 hours or up to 100 miles, whichever comes first. If you decide that you are not satisfied with the vehicle, you may return it and request a refund within the 24-hour period following the receipt of your vehicle, provided that you have driven less than 100 miles.
If you request a refund within this Return Period, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price, less a $350 restocking fee, plus applicable shipping and/or damage costs for returns. If the refund is not requested within the Return Period, you forfeit this option and will no longer be eligible for a refund.
